Welcome to the Wiki for Topics in Geriatrics for WSSU Physical Therapy
For this project, you will be using a wiki to review literature related to the care of a Geriatric client or an issue germane to Geriatric practice. The purpose of this assignment is to create a site where therapists that are beginning to treat geriatric patients or clients can find information about their client's conditions that are commonly found in the older adult, health and wellness for the older adult, tests and measures used in the older adult, or information about the changes in healthcare payment systems that may affect them in their practice.
The wiki is located at wssuptgeriebp.wikispaces.com. Please request membership to the wiki by first signing up with wikispaces and then clicking the join button at the top of the page.
You must request membership to be able to add a page on the wiki. Once you have membership, add a page to the wiki and name it using the topic that you have selected. Please let me know what topic you have selected, so I know that that topic has been taken, and so that I know what you are working on.
Since this wiki will be used as an assignment, you must agree to participate due to FERPA laws. Please download and sign the wiki agreement located below.
